Nos excursions n'incluent pas :

• Les frais de repas et boissons
• Les dépenses personnelles

Our excursions include:

• Entrance fees
• Journeys, tolls and fuel costs
• Tastings

Our excursions do not include:

• Meals and beverages

Any cancellation request must be sent to Provence Excursions by the contact form (specifying the name of the service, the name of the referring customer and the date of the service) or by email info@provenceexcursions.com or florine.ledoux@gmail.com who will process this request as soon as possible. For any cancellation, the following fees will be deducted from the refund:

Refund conditions in case of cancellation:

-Full refund up to 8 days before the service.*
- 50% of the amount refunded till 3 days before the tour.
- No refund if cancelled less than 72 hours before departure.

*A fee of €10 will be applied for any cancellation.
Any interruption of the circuit or service during the service, by the customer's will, will not give rise to any refund.
